Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle (QCC) on improving the compliance of hand hygiene among nurses in operating room. Methods The nurses in operating room were chosen as the objects of this study, and QCC was implemented in 2014. Contrast (1) The average hand hygiene times and daily washing times of nurses before and after the intervention. (2) The implementation of nursing intervention before and after the intervention of seven steps. Results The average time of hand hygiene [(25.6±5.4) min vs. (39.6±6.1) min], daily hand-washing times, and the implemention of six-step hand-washing method before and after intervention had differences which were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion QCC can improve the compliance of hand hygiene among nurses in operating room, and has signiifcance for ensuring medical safety.%目的探讨品管圈在提升手术室护士洗手依从性中的应用价值。方法以我院手术室护士作为本次研究对象，在2014年度实行品管圈活动。对比（1）干预前后护士平均手卫生时间及日均洗手次数。（2）干预前后护士七步洗手法执行情况。结果干预前与干预后后护士平均手卫生时间[（25.6±5.4）min vs.（39.6±6.1）min]、日均洗手次数及七步洗手法执行情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论品管圈活动可以提高手术室护士洗手依从性，对保证医疗安全有重要的意义。
