目的：探讨精细化护理提升手术室护理质量及护理满意度的效果。方法抽选手术患者160例随机分为两组，观察组（80例）及对照组（80例）分别给予精细化护理与常规护理，对比患者护理满意度及护理质量评分差异。结果观察组患者护理质量评分（9.2±1.4）分、对照组（4.9±2.5）分，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时护理满意度（95%、81.3%）对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论精细化护理能有效提升手术室护理质量以及手术患者护理满意度。%Objective To explore the effect of fine quality and nursing satisfaction of operation room nursing. Methods 160 cases of operation patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases) were given intensive nursing and routine nursing, compared to patients' satisfaction to nursing care and nursing quality score differences. Results Observation of the patients, nursing quality score (9.2±1.4), control group (4.9±2.5), and significant differences (P<0.05), also the nursing satisfaction (95%, 81.3%) compared to the difference significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Meticulous nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing in operation room and the satisfaction of operation patients.
