案例教学法在医学生物化学教学中的探索和实践

摘要

In order to reform the traditional classroom teaching mode of the biochemistry in medical colleges and universities, we discuss the teaching reform by case-based learning method so as to enable students to master the theoretical knowledge and improve the ability. This paper expounds how to construct a reasonable and effective method of case-based learning in medical biochemistry teaching from ifve aspects, such as the meaning of the case-based learning, the implementation, the teaching effect, the key points and the existing problems.%本文针对高等医学院校生物化学课堂传统的教学模式，论述了在教学改革中通过案例教学从而达到使学生掌握理论知识与提高动手能力并重的目的。从案例教学法的含义、实施、教学效果、注意要点和存在的问题等五个方面阐述如何在医学生物化学教学中构建合理有效的案例教学法。
