目的：探究加味温胆汤治疗痰淤阻络型脑梗死临床效果。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年4月收治的62例痰淤阻络型脑梗死患者，随机分组，各31例。常规组予以神经内科常规治疗，研究组于常规组基础上予以加味温胆汤治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率93.5%高于常规组64.5%，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对痰淤阻络型脑梗死予以加味温胆汤治疗，可有效提高临床效果，在临床治疗中具有重要意义。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Modified of Wen Dan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm network cerebral infarction. Methods 62 cases of patients with phlegm network cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected, randomly grouping, each of 31 cases. Routine treatment group was given routine treatment, and the study group was treated with modified of Wen Dan Decoction on the basis of the conventional group. Observed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group(93.5%) was higher than that of the conventional group(64.5%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of phlegm network cerebral infarction patients with modified of Wen Dan Decoction, can effectively improve the clinical effect, and has important significance in clinical treatment.
