目的：探讨胶囊内镜检查不明原因消化道出血患者护理要点。方法选取不明原因消化道出血患者50例，采用胶囊内镜检查，并加强检查期间整体、全面的护理干预。结果采取胶囊内镜技术检查后，检出异常病灶43例，占86%；其中胆汁反流性胃炎1例，克罗恩病2例，十二指肠球部溃疡1例，血管瘤10例，吻合口溃疡9例，结肠癌6例，小肠间质瘤9例，小肠血管畸形5例。患者的护理满意度为100%。结论针对不明原因消化道出血采用胶囊内镜检查的患者，行整体、全面的护理干预对保障检出效果意义显著。%Objective To discuss the capsule endoscopy in patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding care points. Methods 50 cases of unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding were selected, they used capsule endoscopy, and strengthen the overall, comprehensive nursing intervention during the inspection. Results After taking the capsule endoscopy examination, detection of abnormal lesions in 43 cases (86%); the bile reflux gastritis was 1 case, 2 cases were Crohn's disease, duodenal ulcer was 1 case, 10 cases were hemangioma, anastomotic ulcer was 9 cases, 6 cases were colon cancer, 9 cases were small intestinal stromal tumor, intestinal vascular malformations was 5 cases. The patient care satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion For patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding using capsule endoscopy, row overall and comprehensive nursing intervention on security detection effect significant meaning.
