Objective To study the factors and preventive measures of blood nurse occupation exposure. Methods 60 blood collection stations nurses were surveyed with the questionnaire, and the results of the questionnaire statistics, blood nurses occupational exposure factors was analyzed, and puts forward preventive measures. Results Investigation found, blood nurses occupational exposure factors mainly included: physical factors, chemical factors, biological factors, environmental factors and psychological factors. Needle stab rate was the highest, it was 56.67%. Secondly, blood spatter, blood contact, environmental pollution, bad habits were more than 30%. Conclusion Master blood nurses occupational exposure factors and take effective preventive measures, help to reduce blood nurse occupational risks and improve nurses occupational safety.%目的：研究分析血站采血护士职业暴露因素及防范对策。方法对我血站60名采血护士进行调查问卷，并对问卷结果进行统计，分析血站采血护士职业暴露因素，并针对性提出防范措施。结果经研究调查发现，血站采血护士职业暴露因素主要有：物理因素、化学因素、生物因素、环境因素以及心理因素。针刺伤比率最高，达56.67%，其次血液溅污、血液接触、环境污染、不良习惯均超过30%以上。结论掌握血站采血护士职业暴露因素，采取有效的防范措施，有助于降低采血护士的职业风险，提高护士采血职业的安全性。
