探讨胸腔镜腹腔镜联合手术与开放手术治疗食管癌的同期临床效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with open surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer. MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2016, 60 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group (n=30, thoracoscopic laparoscopic combined surgery) and open group (n=30, open surgery), to compare treatment effect of two groups of patients. ResultsCompared with the open group, the amount of bleeding and the length of time of hospitalization in the combined group were signiifcantly less than that in the open group,P<0.05. The incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the combined group than in the open group,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the operation index of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：探讨胸腔镜腹腔镜联合手术与开放手术治疗食管癌的同期临床效果。方法选择2015年1月～2016年1月我院食管癌患者60例，根据患者手术类型将患者随机分为联合组（n=30，胸腔镜腹腔镜联合手术）和开放组（n=30，开放手术），对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组患者术中出血量、住院时时间与开放组相比明显较少， P＜0.05。联合组患者术后并发症发生率与开放组相比明显较低，P＜0.05。结论胸腔镜腹腔镜联合手术能有效改善患者手术指标，减少患者并发症发生率。
