不同敷料对深度烧伤创面植皮后愈合情况的影响对比

摘要

Objective To study the deep burn wounds after skin grafting using different dressing effect on healing.Methods From May 2011 to May 2012, 69 cases of deep burn with skin grafting wounds patients, control group skin grafting after covering was Vaseline gauze, observed after graft group covering polyester gauze. The wound surface healing rate, healing time and dressing time were compared between the two groups.Results Five days after surgery, experimental group wound evaporation averaged (25.3±6.1) ml/h, and the control group of wound evaporation average (35.8±4.9) ml/h, two groups of dressing show evaporation in the presence of significant difference (P<0.05), compared with normal skin showed high evaporation; after 10 days, 15 days, 20 days healing rate is different, the observation group is more outstanding.Conclusion Compared with traditional Vaseline gauze, polyester gauze is more conducive to deep burn wounds healing, and reduce the dressing patients of pain. It is worth popularizing.%目的：研究分析深度烧伤创面植皮后使用不同敷料对愈合情况的影响。方法根据我院2011年5月~2012年5月的69例深度烧伤合并创面植皮患者进行研究，对照组植皮后使用的覆盖物是凡士林油纱，观察组植皮后使用的覆盖物是聚酰胺薄纱。比较两组的创面蒸发量、各时间点创面愈合率、愈合时间、换药时间等。结果术后5天，实验组的创面蒸发量平均（25.3±6.1）ml/h、对照组的创面蒸发量平均（35.8±4.9）ml/h，两组的敷料表明蒸发量存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05），比正常皮肤表明蒸发量高；术后10天，15天，20天愈合率具有差异性，观察组较优秀。结论相比与传统的凡士林油纱，聚酰胺薄纱更有利于深度烧伤创面植皮后的愈合，且减轻了患者换药时的疼痛。
