探讨亲情护理模式在心胸外科护理中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the application and effect of family nursing care model in the nursing care of patients with thoracic surgery.Methods 60 cases as the object of study were randomly divided into nursing group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, nursing group application of family nursing model. In the nursing work into the humanistic care, patients as relatives, consider nurses for sister, to "family" as the center, for patients to provide high quality nursing service, and through the questionnaire survey method to investigate the patients to nursing work satisfaction.Results The patients satisfaction, postoperative pain and complications were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Family care model relfects the service and care of human nature, with the "patient as the center" of the overall care mode, improve the quality of nursing care and nursing quality, patients satisfaction has been significantly improved, the application value is signiifcant.%目的：研究亲情护理模式在心胸外科护理中的应用与应用效果。方法选取心脏外科手术患者60例作为研究对象，将其随机分为护理组与对照组，对照组进行常规护理，护理组应用亲情护理模式，在护理工作中融入人文关怀，将患者当做亲人，将护士视为姐妹，以“家庭为中心”，为患者提供优质护理服务，并通过问卷调查的方法调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果在患者满意度、患者术后疼痛与并发症发生率方面护理组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论亲情护理模式体现了人性化的服务与关怀，以“患者为中心”的整体护理模式，提升了护理任运的综合素质与护理质量，患者满意度得到了提升，应用价值显著。
