目的：对比不同材料在耳鼓室成形听骨链重建的临床应用效果。方法80例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者，根据材料的不同分为观察组与对照组各40例，两组都采用耳鼓室成形听骨链重建手术治疗，观察组植入多孔聚乙烯赝复物，对照组植入全听骨赝复物。结果所有患者都顺利完成手术，观察组的听力重建成功率高于对照组（100.0%vs.85.0%， P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组气导听力与骨导听力优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论多孔聚乙烯赝复物在耳鼓室成形听骨链重建的临床应用中能提高手术成功率。%Objective To compare the clinical effect of ossicular reconstruction with different materials in tympanoplasty.Methods 80 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media were divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were treated tympanic forming ossicular chain reconstruction, observation group with PORP, while control group with TORP.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, the success rate of hearing reconstruction of observation group was significantly higher than control group (100.0%vs. 85.0%,P<0.05). After treatment, the air conduction hearing of bone conduction hearing of observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ossicular reconstruction with PORP in tympanoplasty can improve the success rate of surgery.
