沙利度胺结合VAD治疗难治或复发性多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效研究

摘要

Objective To study the degree of gilad amine combined with VAD treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of refractory or recurrent multiple myeloma.Methods The test object: 50 cases of patients with refractory or recurrent multiple myeloma admitted in our hospital. Grouping method: patients with center stochastic system method. 50 patients were divided into two groups VAD group and combination group. VAD group with VAD regimen for. Combination group with sally amine treatment combined with VAD.Results (1) The combination group than in the more efficient VAD treatment group,χ2 test statistically significant,P<0.05. (2) The proportion of VAD group appear sleepiness and constipation in patients with higher, χ2 test statistically signiifcant,P<0.05, but two groups of similar adverse resistance.Conclusion The combination of gilad degrees amine VAD treatment of refractory or recurrent multiple myeloma clinical curative effect, and side effects can be tolerated, high safety.%目的：研究沙利度胺结合VAD治疗难治或复发性多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效。方法试验对象：我院收治的50例难治或复发性多发性骨髓瘤患者。患者分组方法：中心随机系统法。50例患者分为VAD组和联合用药组两个组别。VAD组以VAD方案治疗；联合用药组以沙利度胺结合VAD治疗。结果（1）联合用药组相比于VAD组治疗有效率更高，经χ2检验，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；（2）VAD组患者出现嗜睡和便秘的比例更高，经χ2检验，差异有统计学意义， P＜0.05，但两组副反应耐受情况相似。结论沙利度胺结合VAD治疗难治或复发性多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效确切，且副作用可耐受，安全性高。
