The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing, by cancer immunotherapy, Korean intractable multiple myeloma, containing a cancer-testis antigen. It is expected that a cellular immunotherapeutic agent composition for preventing or treating multiple myeloma, containing, as active ingredients, dendritic cells, having an antigen loaded thereon, and cancer-testis antigen-specific cytotoxic τ lymphocytes derived therefrom, is used so as to induce a strong tumor-specific cytotoxic immune response in cancer immunotherapy and, simultaneously, be useful as a cancer treatment vaccine, which is safe and has no side effects.
