目的：研究安全管理在儿科护理中的应用方法与效果。方法选取我院小儿骨科收治的184例患儿，随机分为两组，对照组提供常规护理服务，实验组接受常规护理服务以外，再采用安全管理模式。观察并比较两组患者的护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率以及安全管理评分。结果观察组安全管理评分高于对照组，护患纠纷发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；且观察组护理满意度为96.7%，高于对照组的88.0%（P＜0.05）。结论在儿科管理中科学、合理地运用安全管理模式，可以有效提高安全护理水平，降低不良风险以及护患纠纷发生率，提高患者满意度。%Objective In order to investigative the experience of security management in pediatric nursing management.Methods 184 cases of children were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups,control group received routine care, and study group received routine care and security management. Nursing satisfaction,the incidence of nursing disputes and security management score were observed and compared.Results Group security management score was higher than that of control group, incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.7%, higher than 88.0% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The security management model in the pediatric can effectively improve the safety level of care, as well as lowering the risk of incidence of nursing disputes and improve patient satisfaction.
