三种肿瘤标志物联合检测在女性恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To study the cancer antigen 125, AFP, serum carcinoembryonic antigen joint detection of three tumor markers for the diagnosis of clinical common female malignant tumor.Methods 60 cases of female patients with malignant tumor were chosen from 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital for medical treatment, for malignant tumor group, 60 patients with benign diseases of female were chosen on the same period in our hospital for medical treatment, for benign lesion group, control group included 60 cases of healthy people, CEA and AFP, CA125 of three groups of people was detected.Results CEA, AFP, CA125 levels of malignant tumor group were (25.71±8.39) ng/ml, (101.21±27.86)ng/ml, (260.11±79.75) U/ml, which was significantly higher than normal value, was higher than the healthy group and benign lesions group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CEA, AFP, CA125 alone for endometrial cancer, breast cancer, PPV, accuracy, speciifcity and sensitivity of the detection result of ovarian cancer was signiifcantly lower than the result of joint detection, especially sensitive of combined detection was signiifcantly higher than detected separately, which were 87.15%, 85.02%. ConclusionSerum cancer antigen 125, AFP, carcinoembryonic antigen joint detection of three tumor markers for the diagnosis of clinical common female malignant tumor value is obvious, should be widely used in clinic.%目的：探讨血清癌抗原125、甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原三种肿瘤标志物联合检测对临床常见的女性恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选择2013年6～2015年2月在本院就医的60例女性恶性肿瘤患者，记为恶性肿瘤组，选择同期在我院就医的60例良性疾病女性患者，记为良性病变组，对照组为60例的健康人群，检测三组人群的CEA、AFP、CA125。结果恶性肿瘤组中患者的CEA、AFP、CA125水平分别为（25.71±8.39）ng/ml、（101.21±27.86）ng/ml、（260.11±79.75）U/ml，明显高于正常值，也远远高于对照组和良性病变组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。CEA、AFP、CA125单独检测子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌的PPV、准确性、特异性以及敏感性的检测结果，明显低于联合检测的结果，尤其是联合检测的敏感性明显高于单独检测，分别为87.15%、85.02%。结论血清癌抗原125、甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原三种肿瘤标志物联合检测对临床常见的女性恶性肿瘤的诊断价值较高，建议在临床上广泛应用。
