微课模式的 CBL教学法应用于《护理学基础》教学的效果

             

摘要

目的:研究将微课模式中的CBL教学法应用于护理学基础中的应用效果。方法随机将本校14级护理专业新生划分为两组,分别为传统组与改革组,每组包括学生100名,对传统组学生实行常规教学计划,对改革组学生实施CBL教学模式,观察两组教学成果。结果传统组总成绩低于改革组(P<0.05);传统组满意度为64%,改革组为89%,改革组较高(P<0.05)。结论针对学校护理专业学生进行护理学基础科目教学时运用CBL教学法,上课时应用临床病例资料向学生展示,帮助其更好理解所学知识,提高学生发现及处理问题能力,可帮助学生有效提高成绩,且学生对此种教学模式较满意。%Objective To study the clinical application of CBL teaching modes in the Fundamentals of nursing.Methods The nursing freshmen of 2014 in our university were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases each group. The conventional group adopted the conventional teaching mode; the innovation group adopted the CBL teaching modes. The teaching effects for two groups were observed.ResultsThe total scores of conventional group were lower than that of innovation group (P<0.05); the satisfaction of conventional group (64%) was lower than that of innovation group (89%) (P<0.05).Conclusion During the teaching process of Fundamentals of nursing, CBL teaching mode is possible to display the clinical cases in helping the students to better understand the learned knowledge, improve the ability of problem discovery and solution, and enhance the examination scores and their satisfaction.
