丙戊酸钠缓释片与常规片剂治疗儿童癫痫的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efifcacy of sodium valproate therapy with conventional tablets of epilepsy in children.Methods 88 cases of children with epilepsy from January 2014 ~ January 2015 in our hospital for the study, which were divided into study group and control group. The control group was with conventional sodium valproate in the treatment, the study group were applied sodium valproate treatment. Results The study group the treatment of epilepsy total efifciency was 93.18%, which was higher than the control group of 77.27% (P <0.05). The average time to control symptoms of epilepsy in the study group was lower than the control group (P <0.05), the study group during the treatment of adverse reaction rate was 4.55%, which was lower than the control group of 18.18% (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to conventional sodium valproate tablets, sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy in children was more precise, safe, suitable for clinical applications.%目的：分析比较丙戊酸钠缓释片与常规片剂治疗儿童癫痫的临床疗效。方法研究对象来自于2014年1月~2015年1月我院收治的癫痫患儿88例，随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组应用常规丙戊酸钠片治疗，研究组应用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗。结果研究组癫痫治疗的总有效率93.18%，高于对照组的77.27%（P<0.05）。研究组癫痫症状平均控制时间低于对照组（P<0.05），研究组治疗期间的不良反应发生率4.55%，低于对照组18.18%（P<0.05）。结论相较于丙戊酸钠常规片剂，丙戊酸钠缓释片对儿童癫痫的治疗效果更为确切，安全性高，适于临床应用。
