腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜在肝外胆管结石治疗中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜在肝外胆管结石治疗中的应用效果。方法对本院2013年6月～2015年6月收治的60例肝外胆管结石患者的临床资料进行分析，按照临床治疗方式的不同将60例患者分为观察组（采用腹腔镜+纤维胆道镜取石术）和对照组（采用开腹胆囊切除术+T管引流术），每组各30例，观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组30例患者的临床治疗总有效率（93.34%）明显优于对照组（70.00%），具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜+纤维胆道镜取石术是一种优于开腹胆囊切除术+T管引流术治疗肝外胆管结石的临床手段，安全可靠，值得推荐。%Objective To explore the application effect of extrahepatic bile duct stones patients treated with the laparoscopic combined fiber choledochoscope.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones who were selected in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed, according to the different way of clinical treatment, the 60 patients were divided into the observation group (laparoscopic+fiber choledochoscope lithotomy) and the control group (using open cholecystectomy+T tube drainage), there were 30 cases in each group, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The total efifciency of observation group of 30 patients(93.34%) was obviously better than that of the control group(70.00%),with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic + ifber choledochoscope stone extraction is a kind of superior to laparotomy cholecystectomy+T tube drainage in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones, it is safe and reliable and worth and recommended.
