2型糖尿病经二肽基肽酶4抑制剂治疗的研究进展

Objective With the improving of people living standard gradually, lifestyle and diet structure have taken place, more and more patients with type 2 diabetes, it become one of clinical common disease, and high incidence in our country. Traditional treatment can not achieve the desired clinical effect, dipeptide peptidase 4 inhibitors are widely used in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes, achieved good clinical effect, was recognized by more and more patients and medical workers. This article mainly aims at dipeptide base peptidase 4 inhibitors for the treatment of type 2 diabetes is analyzed in detail.%随着人们生活水平提高、生活方式和饮食结构不同程度的变化，患有2型糖尿病的患者越来越多，已经成为我国临床常见病及高发病之一。传统的治疗方法不能达到预期的临床效果，难以控制患者病情发展。近年来，二肽基肽酶4抑制剂被广泛应用于2型糖尿病的临床治疗中，取得较好临床效果，被越来越多患者和医护人员所认可。本文主要针对二肽基肽酶4抑制剂对2型糖尿病的治疗情况进行阐述分析。
