Objective To explore the nursing methods and application value of minimally invasive surgery for breast cancer.Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected. All patients were treated with minimally invasive surgery, and the average was included in the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing care, on the basis of the control group in the observation group received comprehensive nursing care, observation and nursing effect of the two groups.Results Two groups of invasive hematoma infection and satisfaction is compared, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with mammary gland ifbroma of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment process, the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention was signiifcance.%目的：系统地探究微创手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的护理方法及其应用价值。方法选取我院收治的80例乳腺纤维瘤患者，所有患者均行微创手术治疗，结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。对照组行常规护理，在对照组基础上对观察组行全面护理，观察两组的护理效果。结果两组创内血肿感染和满意度比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在应用微创手术对乳腺纤维瘤患者进行治疗的过程中，全面护理干预的应用价值显著。
