彩色多普勒超声诊断区分小乳腺癌与乳腺增生应用评价

摘要

Objective Explore the color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing small breast cancer and mammary gland hyperplasia to distinguish meaning.Methods Choose our receiving of women with small breast cancer and mammary gland hyperplasia, 52 cases, both give color doppler ultrasound, observe the result.Results Two kinds of condition of colour to exceed ultrasonographic characteristics exist significant differences, small breast blood lfow class andⅢ,Ⅱ number signiifcantly more than the mammary gland hyperplasia, SPV value, RI value was significantly higher than that of mammary gland hyperplasia,blood flow classification and hemodynamic characteristics also exists difference. Conclusion Using color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing small breast cancer and mammary gland hyperplasia, can a clear distinction between two kinds of disease characteristics, the exact diagnosis efifciency.%目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对小乳腺癌与乳腺增生区分诊断的意义。方法选取我院接收的女性小乳腺癌和乳腺增生患者，各52例，均给予彩色多普勒超声检查，观察其结果。结果2种病情的彩超声像图特征存在区别，小乳腺癌血流分级呈Ⅱ、Ⅲ级人数多于乳腺增生， SPV值、RI值高于乳腺增生，血流分级及血流动力学特征也存在区别。结论采用彩色多普勒超声对小乳腺癌与乳腺增生进行诊断，可明确区分2种病情特征，诊断效率确切。
