对粘连性肠梗阻患者应用腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To increase the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence rate of complications in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and to explore the value and significance of laparoscopic intestinal adhesion lysis in the treatment process.Methods From March 2015 to March 2014, 60 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic intestinal adhesion lysis, while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery, and to discuss the incidence rate of postoperative complications.Results The study found that two groups were able to achieve the treatment effect, but experiment group’s postoperative situation were more dominant, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic intestinal adhesion lysis has more obvious effect and higher safety in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.%目的：为了增加临床对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗效果并减少并发症的发生率，研究和探讨治疗过程中采取腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗的价值和意义。方法通过随机、双盲、对照的原则从2014年3月~2015年3月在我院治疗的粘连性肠梗阻患者中选取60例作为研究对象并分为对照组和试验组，其中试验组在治疗方案上选取腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗，而对照组患者在治疗方案上选取传统开腹手术治疗，探讨两组患者的手术情况及术后并发症的发生率。结果经过研究发现，试验组和对照组患者均能取得治疗效果，但是试验组患者的术中和术后情况更占优势，且两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论粘连性肠梗阻患者在治疗方案上选取腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗，效果明显且安全性更高。
