老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂检验结果分析

Objective To analyze the blood lipid test results of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods50 cases of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes as the observation group, 50 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease as the control group, to compare blood lipid test results of two groups.Results The four indexes about the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comparison of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, there are many differences in blood lipid examination results, to provide an effective basis for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.%目的：分析老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂检验结果。方法以老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者50例为观察组，以老年单独冠心病患者50例为对照组，对比两组血脂检验结果。结果观察组患者总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）四项指标高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者与单独冠心病患者相比，在血脂检查结果上存在诸多差异，能够为冠心病合并糖尿病患者的诊断提供有效依据。
