CT灌注和X线摄影在乳腺疾病诊断中的价值分析

摘要

目的：分析CT灌注和X线摄影在乳腺疾病诊断中的诊断价值，为临床提供参考。方法选择2014年6月～2015年8月我院收治的86例乳腺疾病患者作为本次观察对象，对86例乳腺疾病患者分别采用CT灌注和X线摄影检查，观察两种检查方式的诊断准确率。结果 CT灌注对于诊断乳腺疾病的诊断准确率（90.70％）与X线摄影诊断乳腺疾病的诊断准确率（79.07％）比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CT灌注和X线摄影检查对于诊断乳腺疾病的诊断价值均较高，但CT灌注具有一定优势，临床中可将两种检查方式结合进行乳腺疾病的诊断。%Objective Analysis of the value of CT perfusion and X-ray photograpy in the diagnosis of breast diseases, to provide the reference for the clinic.Methods From June 2014 to August 2015, 86 cases of breast disease patients in our hospital were selected as the observation object, 86 patients with breast diseases were used the examination about CT perfusion and X-ray photograpy, to observe the rate of accuracy about two modalities.Results The accuracy rate of CT perfusion in the diagnosis of breast disease was 90.70% and the rate of accuracy of X-ray photograpy was 79.07%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The value of CT perfusion and X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast disease was higher, but CT perfusion has certain advantages, it can be the combination with two kinds of clinical examination for the diagnosis of breast diseases.
