尿毒症血液透析治疗中左卡尼汀的应用效果研究

摘要

目的：探讨在尿毒症血液透析治疗中左卡尼汀的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月来我院进行尿毒症治疗的50例患者作为本次研究对象。然后将其随机且均匀的分成两组，对照组患者采用常规治疗方法，治疗组患者则在常规治疗的基础上进行左卡尼汀的药物治疗，然后对比两组患者病情的改善情况、临床指标以及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床指标以及病情改善情况优于高于对照组。结论在血液透析中应用左卡尼汀的治疗，能够改善患者贫血、炎症等不良状态。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of L-carnitine in hemodialysis patients.Methods 50 patients with uremia in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly and evenly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment, the patients in the treatment group weregiven evocarnitine therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, then compared the two groups of patients condition to improve the situation, clinical indicators and adverse reactions.Results The treatment group of patients in clinical indicators as well as the improvement of condition were significantly higher than the control group of patients.Conclusion The application of the l-carnitine in hemodialysis therapy can improve inlfammation and other adverse condition in patients with anemia.
