激素依赖性皮炎治疗后皮肤敏感的临床治疗

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effcacy of skin sensitive after the treating of the hormone-dependent dermatitis by using the self Qingfei Xie Gan medicinal formulae.MethodsTo randomly divide 70 patients into treated group and control group. Each group had 35 cases. Treated group was treated with self Qingfei Xie Gan medicinal formulae, but the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin, loratadine, both groups were treated with Nona Soothing topical cream or moisturizing hyaluronic acid repair-care cream and a course of three weeks.ResultsThe total effective rate of the control group was 91.43% ,but the other group was 74.29%.The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion It has good effect in the treatment of skin sensitive after the treating of the hormone-dependent dermatitis by using the self Qingfei Xie Gan medicinal formulae.%目的：观察自拟清肺泻肝方用于激素依赖性皮炎治疗后皮肤敏感的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例。治疗组给予自拟清肺泻肝方，对照组口服复方甘草酸苷、氯雷他定，两组均外用诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜或透明质酸修复霜，疗程均为3周，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.43％，对照组总有效率为74.29％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论清肺泻肝方用于激素依赖性皮炎治疗后敏感性皮肤疗效较好。
