产前超声心动图诊断胎儿心血管畸形效果分析

Objective To analyze the application value of prenatal echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations. Methods 2 200 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were diagnosed by prenatal echocardiography. The results of fetal autopsy or postpartum echocardiography were analyzed. Results 66 cases of cardiovascular malformation were diagnosed by prenatal echocardiography. The incidence rate was 3.0%, 55 cases were confirmed by autopsy or postpartum echocardiography, 22 cases were accompanied with other structural abnormalities. Prenatal echocardiography was not found in 2 134 cases of abnormal fetal, postpartum echocardiography found 6 cases of cardiac malformations. Conclusion The prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations can be effectively diagnosed by echocardiography, and the accurate rate is high. It can help the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.%目的：分析产前超声心动图在胎儿心血管畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2012年5月～2015年5月我院2200例孕妇，均经过产前超声心动图诊断，将胎儿尸解或产后超声心动图结果与产前超声心动图的诊断结果分析研究。结果产前超声心动图诊断心血管畸形66例，畸形发生率为3.0%，其中55例经引产尸解或产后超声心动图证实，22例伴有其他结构异常。产前超声心动图检查未发现异常胎儿2134例中，产后超声心动图检查发现心脏畸形6例。结论孕妇产前通过超声心动图诊断，可以有效诊断胎儿心血管畸形，其准确率高，能帮助临床进行产前疑难病症的辅助诊治。
