Objective To explore the effect of Leep treatment for cervical disease. Methods 58 cases of cervical disease LEEP in the treatment of 29 cases of patients were divided into observation group, the drug treatment of 29 cases of patients were divided into the control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, operative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results Observation group average surgery time is short, less blood loss. total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and observation group recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For cervical disease patients, Leep treatment has mini trauma, less blood less, shorter hospital time, high valueable, lower recurrence rate.%目的：探讨利普刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法对58例宫颈疾病患者将利普刀治疗的29例患者分为观察组，将药物治疗的29例患者分为对照组。观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、手术效果、复发率。结果观察组平均手术时间短，手术出血量少。观察组总有效率高于对照组，观察组复发率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对宫颈疾病患者采用利普刀治疗具有出血量少、手术院时间短、治愈率高、复发率低的优点。
