目的：探讨70周岁以上肺癌患者的术后呼吸道管理方法及效果。方法从我院2013年3月～2015年12月收治的70周岁以上肺癌手术患者中选取50例，回顾和分析所有患者的基线临床资料及术后呼吸道管理方法，并观察本组患者的手术治疗效果、住院时间、预后及手术并发症情况。结果50例患者均成功渡过手术危险期，术后通过运用体位护理、吸氧、超声雾化、吸痰及呼吸锻炼等呼吸道管理措施，患者的病情均明显好转，且术后未见严重缺氧、呼吸衰竭等严重并发症。结论对70周岁以上的老年肺癌患者，需采取给氧、呼吸道护理、体位护理、吸痰处理以及呼吸锻炼等多种呼吸道管理方法，以改善其呼吸道通气功能，减少术后相关危险因素，进一步巩固手术效果。%Objective To explore more than 70 years of age the postoperative respiratory management method and the effect of patients with lung cancer. Methods From March 2013 to December 2015, 50 cases of over 70 years old patients with lung cancer surgery in our hospital were selected, clinical data review and analysis of all patients with baseline and postoperative respiratory tract management methods, and to observe the effect of this group of patients with surgical treatment, length of hospital stay, complications and prognosis. Results 50 cases of patients were successfully through the risky surgery, postoperative use body position nursing, sputum suction oxygen, ultrasonic atomizer, and breathing exercise respiratory tract management measures, such as the patient were significantly improved, and no serious lack of oxygen, respiratory failure and other serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Elderly patients with lung cancer for more than 70 years of age, take to oxygen, respiratory care, body position nursing, sputum suction and breathing exercises and other respiratory tract management methods, to improve its respiratory ventilation function, reduce postoperative associated risk factors, to further consolidate the operation effect.
