环抱式肋骨接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床研究

摘要

目的：总结使用环抱式接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折的经验，提高多发肋骨骨折的治疗效果。方法对我科55例多发性肋骨骨折、连枷胸患者，采用环抱式肋骨接骨板手术治疗。结果患者术后胸痛均显著减轻，胸壁稳定。结论环抱器内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折、连枷胸，具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective To explore the curative effect of embracing fixator for treatment of flail chest and fracture of multiple ribs. Methods 55 cases of multiple fractured ribs of flail chest were treated by intensive internal fixation with embracing fixator. Results After internal fixation, chest pains were obviously relieved, chest walls were stable. Conclusion It is recommended to perform operation positively for flail chest and fracture of multiple fibs using embracing fixator.
