高血压、糖尿病对脑血管疾病患者认知功能的影响分析

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of hypertension, diabetes on cognitive function in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods Selected 900 cases treated patients with cerebrovascular disease, mental state examination using a simple method for cognitive function from January 2011 to March 2015 in our hospital.Results 900 cases of cerebral vascular patients, 315 cases of cognitive dysfunction, a ratio of 35.00%, relatively to a history of diabetes in patients with no history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of hypertension incidence of cognitive impairment in patients with signiifcant rise high, was difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionCerebrovascular disease prone to cognitive disorders, high incidence of hypertension and diabetes, which is high-risk predisposing factors.%目的：探讨高血压、糖尿病对脑血管疾病患者认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2011年1月～2015年3月收治的900例脑血管疾病患者，采用简单智力状态检查法，对患者的认知功能进行测试。结果900例脑血管患者，315例有认知功能障碍，比例为35.00%；相对较于糖尿病病史、无高血压病史的患者，有糖尿病病史、有高血压病史患者发生认知障碍的发生率升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑血管疾病患者极易发生认知障碍，发生率高，其中高血压和糖尿病均为高危诱发因素。
