循证护理应用于急性阑尾炎护理的效果研究

摘要

目的：探讨循证护理在急性阑尾炎护理中的临床疗效。方法选择166例急性阑尾炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各83例。观察组给予循证护理，对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组护理满意率为97.59%，对照组为87.95%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论急性阑尾炎护理中应用循证护理，可以减少并发症的发生，提高手术效果。%Objective To Explore the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 166 cases with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group, each group had 83 cases. The observation group were nursed with evidence-based nursing, and the control group with routine nursing.ResultsThe satisfaction rate was 97.59% in observational group and 87.95% in others, P<0.05, was difference statistically significance.ConclusionEvidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the operation effect.
