舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的临床价值

摘要

目的：分析舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的临床价值。方法将90例患者随机分为两组，对照组与实验组分别采用常规护理和舒适护理。结果实验组的护理满意度比对照组高（P＜0.05）。对照组平均住院时间、首次如厕时间等长于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论将舒适护理理念引入胆囊全切术中在临床上具有较高的应用价值。%Objective To analyze the clinical value of comfort nursing in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group were used routine care and comfort care.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The control group the average hospitalization time, for the ifrst time the toilet time longer than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The concept of comfortable nursing in the clinical application of the total gallbladder resection has high value.
