妇科急腹症患者B超检查的临床价值评估及分析

摘要

Objective To study application of clinical application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods 50 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were randomly selected as the research object from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, all the patients do B to exceed check, in patients with retrospective analysis of test results, and comparing with the clinical diagnosis, we calculate the diagnosis coincidence rate. Results Joint diagnosis coincidence rate is signiifcantly higher than vaginal or via abdominal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate, alone is statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen has a simple and quick operation, noninvasive advantages and good repeatability, and diagnosis accuracy is high, can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.%目的：研究探讨应用B超在妇科急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取我院2014年6月～2015年6月收治的妇科急腹症患者50例作为研究对象，所有患者均行B超检查，回顾分析患者的检查结果，并将其与临床诊断结果进行对照，计算其诊断符合率。结果联合诊断的符合率高于经阴道或经腹部B超单独诊断的符合率，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用B超诊断妇科急腹症有操作简单快捷、无创、重复性好的优点，且诊断准确率高，可以为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
