Objective To explore the effect of hemabate joint uterine plug yarn for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section.Methods 120 cases with placenta previa at cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were used oxytocin joint uterine plug yarn for preventing postpartum hemorrhage, the observation group 60 cases were added hemabate based on the conventional treatment, the effcacy of two groups were observed and compared.Results The 2 h, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups has a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Hemabate joint uterine plug yarn has good effect for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section, it is safe and has little impact on body and can be used as the preferred clinical programs.%目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选择社旗县人民医院120例前置胎盘剖宫产患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用缩宫素联合宫腔填纱，观察组60例在对照组的治疗基础上加用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液，比较两组的临床效果。结果两组产后2 h、24 h出血量差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血效果较好，且对机体影响小、安全性好。
