Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone in combination with ethacridine for labor induction of second trimester in women with scarred uterus.Methods 107 patients with scarred uterus in the second trimester received labor induction in our hospital were collected from August 2013 to July 2015, and divided into observation group (n=54) and control group (n=53) according to treatment methods. 54 cases in observation group were administrated with mifepristone in combination with ethacridine, while 53 cases in control group were given mifepristone combined with misoprostol. And then we carried out a comparative analysis for the success rate of labor induction, the residual rate of fetal membrane and placenta, regular contractions-fetus delivery time and medication-regular contraction time in all patients. Results The latter three factors (the residual rate of fetal membrane and placenta, regular contractions-fetus delivery time and medication-regular contraction time) in observation group was lower than those in control group, whereas the success rate of labor induction in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences approached statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone in combination with misoprosal is an ideal agent for labor induction of second trimester in women with scarred uterus, accompanied by effectively shorten the time of labor induction and reduction of the residual of placenta and fetal membrane.%目的：探究在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中应用米非司酮与依沙吖啶的效果。方法在2013年8月～2015年7月选取在本院治疗的107例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者，按治疗方式分为2组，即观察组与对照组。观察组中54例患者均应用米非司酮与依沙吖啶进行治疗，对照组中53例患者均应用米非司酮与米索前列醇进行治疗，并对两组患者的引产成功情况、胎盘胎膜残留情况、规律宫缩-胎儿娩出时间以及用药-规律宫缩时间进行比较。结果观察组的胎盘胎膜残留率、规律宫缩-胎儿娩出时间、用药-规律宫缩时间低于对照组的胎盘胎膜残留率、规律宫缩-胎儿娩出时间、用药-规律宫缩时间；观察组的引产成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮与依沙吖啶联合治疗能够有效缩短引产时间，减少胎盘胎膜残留，治疗效果明显。
