宫腔镜电切术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy (CSP) after cesarean section.Methods 50 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section and who accepted treatments in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=25) and the observation group(n=25) by the double chromosphere random grouping method. In the control group, they received curettage treatment while in the observation group, they were treated with the hysteroscopy resection. Then, the clinical treatment effect of these two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The amount of bleeding, operation time, hospitalization time, menstrual cramps, beta -HCG level recovery time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section, the hysteroscopy resection can reduce the amount of bleeding, reduce pain of patients and accelerate the recovery of the body, while the treatment effect is better than the traditional curettage.%目的：观察和探究宫腔镜电切术在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠（CSP）中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的50例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者，通过双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=25）及对照组（n=25），对照组患者接受清宫术治疗，观察组患者实施宫腔镜电切术治疗，对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较和分析。结果观察组患者出血量、手术时间、住院时间、月经来潮时间、β-HCG水平恢复时间相比于对照组更低，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗中，宫腔镜电切术可减少出血量，减轻患者痛苦，加快机体康复，治疗效果优于传统清宫术。
