影像视频资料在PACU护士培训中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To improve the training effect of PACU nurses by using video data.Methods The key working procedure, emergency equipment operation, emergency plan and process lfow are classiifed and iflmed. The video data is used in the teaching and training. The satisfaction score of the PACU nursing staff examination and the course training evaluation table were compared before and after using video data. Results The results were signiifcantly higher than those in the training of video data, and the results were signiifcantly higher than those before using video data. ConclusionVideo data can be used to increase the learning enthusiasm of PACU nurses in PACU nurses training and improve the training effect.%目的：使用影像视频资料对PACU护士进行教学培训，提高培训效果。方法将重点工作流程、急救设备操作、应急预案及处理流程进行分类拍摄，制作成视频资料用于教学培训。将PACU护理人员考试考核成绩和课程培训评价表满意度计分在使用影像视频资料培训前后进行对比。结果使用影像视频资料培训后理论及临床技能测试成绩高于使用影像视频资料培训前。结论在PACU护士培训中使用影像视频资料能增加PACU护士的学习积极性，提高培训效果。
