噻托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗成人未控制哮喘的疗效分析

摘要

Objective Discussion tiotropium and budesonide efficacy of the treatment of adult asthma is not controlled.Methods 60 cases of adult patients with uncontrolled asthma, according randomly divided into study group (tiotropium dry powder inhalation and budesonide combination therapy) and control group (budesonide alone treatment), compare two therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.ResultsFEV1, PEF were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and the study group was higher (P<0.05), asthma exacerbations study group (2.4 ± 0.3) times signiifcantly less than the control group, difference (P<0.05), the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions difference (P>0.05). ConclusionTiotropium and budesonide suspension treatment of adults with uncontrolled asthma, improve lung function and reduce asthma exacerbations, adverse reactions.%目的：探讨噻托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗成人未控制哮喘的疗效。方法选取60例成人未控制哮喘患者，按照随机抽签法分为研究组（噻托溴铵粉雾剂和布地奈德混悬液联合治疗）和对照组（单独采用布地奈德混悬液治疗），比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果两组FEV1、PEF水平均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组哮喘急性发作次数（2.4±0.3）次少于对照组，比较差异（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异（P＞0.05）。结论噻托溴铵联合布地奈德混悬液治疗成人未控制哮喘，有效改善患者肺功能，减少哮喘急性发作次数，不良反应少。
