Objective To explore the application effect of four liver ifbrosis tests in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods 320 cases of HCC conifrmed by CT, B ultrasound or pathological examination in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group into the project. At the same time, in order to study the scientific nature, choose the same period in our hospital health examination of 160 cases of healthy persons as the normal group included in the study. In the observation group before treatment and healthy normal group in the morning fasting venous blood 5 ml, 10 min (3 000 rmp), centrifugal separation of serum 4H by electrochemiluminescence method for detection of hepatic fibrosis four (LN, HA, PC III and IV-C). Results Compared with the normal group, the indexes of various types of liver cancer in the observation group were significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group, compared with extrahepatic malignant tumor, the indexes of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastasis were signiifcantly increased, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);and metastatic liver cancer, the indexes of primary carcinoma of the liver were increased signiifcantly, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of liver ifbrosis in four patients with primary liver cancer and the differential diagnosis of metastatic liver cancer is clear.%目的：探讨肝纤四项检测在肝癌严重程度诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2014年5月-2016年5月在我院收治的经CT、B超或病理学检查证实的320例肝癌患者作为研究对象，将其归为观察组纳入本项目之中。同时，为了研究的科学性，选择同期在我院行健康体检的160例健康者作为正常组纳入研究之中。观察组在治疗前的清晨、正常组在健康体检时空腹抽取静脉血5 ml，离心10 min（3000 rmp），分离血清后4 h内采用电化学发光法进行肝纤四项检测（LN、HA、PCⅢ和Ⅳ-C）。结果与正常组比较，观察组中的肝癌各类型的指标水平均明显升高，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组组内比较，与肝外恶性肿瘤比较，原发性肝癌与转移性肝癌的各指标水平均明显升高，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与转移性肝癌比较，原发性肝癌的各指标水平均升高明显，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血清肝纤四项指标对于原发性肝癌的以及对于转移性肝癌的鉴别诊断意义明确。
