目的：探讨分析盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2012年12月-2015年12月在来我院接受治疗的小儿呼吸道感染患者60例，随机分为32例治疗组和28例对照组，治疗组应用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗，对照组给予盐酸氨溴索静脉推注治疗。结果治疗组有效为26例，有效率为92.85%；对照组有效24例，有效率75.00%（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入法治疗小儿呼吸道感染具有很疗效显著。副作用少、作用迅速。%Objective The clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of respiratory tract infections in children. Methods From December 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital treated 60 cases of patients with respiratory tract infection in children, were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and 28 cases in the control group, the treatment group was given ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation therapy, the control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride intravenous injection treatment. Results Treatment group effective 26 cases, effective rate was 92.85%, in control group 24 cases, efficiency 75.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation has a signiifcant effect on children's respiratory tract infection. Fewer side effects, effect quickly.
