肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及抗结核治疗的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探析肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及抗结核治疗的效果。方法选取江苏省连云港市第四人民医院2012年1月—2015年5月收治的63例肺结核合并糖尿病患者，根据患者是否伴有糖尿病分为治疗组和对照组，比较两组抗结核效果及血糖控制情况。结果治疗组2个月、6个月痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率、空洞缩小率与对照组比较疗效均较差，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论肺结核和糖尿病没有直接的关系，但是两者互相产生不良的影响，严格控制血糖水平是提高治疗效果的关键。%Objective To study the clinical characteristics of tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus and the effect of anti-tuberculosis therapy. Methods 63 cases of tuberculosis patients with diabetes in The Fourth People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2012 to May 2015 were chosen, according to whether patients with diabetes were divided into treatment group and control group,compared with effect of two groups of anti - tuberculosis treatment and blood glucose control.Results The results of 2 months and 6 months showed that the conversion rate of sputum, lesion absorption rate and cavitation decreased compared with the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion There is no direct relationship between pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, but the adverse effects of the two on each other, strict control of blood glucose levels is the key to improve the therapeutic effect.
