两种方法在乳牙窦道性根尖周炎治疗中的临床效果评价

Objective In this paper, the two methods in baby teeth antrum sex root a clinical effect in the treatment of periarthritis were analyzed and explored.Methods In our hospital from July 2014 to February 2016, 70 cases of root canal treatment of deciduous teeth sinus periapical periodontitis were divided into equal groups. In patients undergoing routine method of multiple treatment as control group, treated with a method of patients as research group, two groups of patients with filling all choose calcium hydroxide iodoform paste, and then compare the clinical effcacy of two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients after treatment by different methods, the treatment of patients with total efficiency than the reference group, the degree of improvement in pain score with a control group of comparison between groups of data, the statistical test, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of disposable root canal treatment, in the treatment of deciduous teeth sinus periapical lesions curative effect, has the value of clinical application.%目的：就两种方法在乳牙窦道性根尖周炎治疗中的临床效果进行分析与探究。方法选择我院2014年7月—2016年2月收治的行根管治疗的乳牙窦道性根尖周炎患者70例，依据患者来院先后顺序进行平均分组。接受常规多次法治疗的患者设为参照组，接受一次法治疗的患者设为研究组，两组患者充填均选择氢氧化钙-碘仿糊剂，而后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比。结果两组患者经不同方法治疗后，研究组患者的治疗总有效率比参照组高，疼痛评分的改善程度同参照组对比较优，组间数据经统计检验，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在乳牙窦道性根尖周炎治疗中应用一次性根管治疗，疗效确切，具有临床应用价值。
