Objective The application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of patients with complex renal calculi, and nursing intervention to patients, to explore the main points of nursing and nursing effect.Methods 54 cases of complicated renal calculi in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 as the sample, using the method of lots of all patients were divided into two groups, respectively as observation group and control group, 27 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, ambulation time and hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion The application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complex renal calculi patients and nursing intervention can improve the operation and nursing effect of patients.%目的：在复杂性肾结石患者的治疗过程中应用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗，同时给予患者护理干预，探究护理要点以及护理效果。方法本次探究中选取我院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的54例复杂性肾结石患者作为样本人群，利用抽签法将所有患者均分为两组，分别为观察组与对照组，每组27例。给予对照组患者常规护理干预，给予观察组患者全面护理干预。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间以及住院时间均更优，与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在复杂性肾结石患者的治疗过程中应用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗并给予护理干预可以改善患者的手术情况以及护理效果。
