沸石对赤泥水泥砂浆强度及放射性的影响研究

             

摘要

The impact of zeolite content and fineness on the 28d strength and radioactive of the red mud cement mortar was studied. Results show that the radioactive of the red mud cement mortar can be blocked by replacing sand with zeolite, the 28d compressive and flexural strength of the mortar changed at the same time. The higher the content of the shield of zeolite, the better of the radioactive shield effects under the same particle size. The smaller the particle size of the shield of zeolite, the better of the radioactive shield effects under the same content. The radioactive shielding rate can reach 22.7% as the amount of zeolite below 0.2mm instead of sand reaching 15%, the IRa and Ir of the mortar are 0.15 and 0.24, and the total specific activity of the mortar can low to 210.3Bq/kg.%研究了不同细度与掺量的沸石对赤泥水泥砂浆水化28d强度及放射性的影响。结果表明,利用沸石来取代砂可以有效屏蔽赤泥水泥砂浆的放射性,但同时会影响到砂浆的28d抗压、抗折强度;当粒度相同时,屏蔽物沸石的掺量越高,放射性的屏蔽效果越好;当掺量相同时,屏蔽物沸石的粒度越小,放射性的屏蔽效果越好。当0.2mm以下沸石取代砂量达到15%时,放射性屏蔽率高达22.7%,此时试块的内照射指数为0.15,外照射指数为0.24,放射性总比活度降低为210.3Bq/kg。
