This paper introduces the application environment, basic property and application technology of polyurea elastomer material, focusing on the key properties of polyurea materials used in coastal oil tank. It provides a new idea and method for solving the problems of coastal oil tank corrosion.%从沿海油库的使用环境及喷涂聚脲弹性体材料的基本性能、施工工艺入手，介绍了聚脲材料在沿海油库防腐蚀应用中具有的突出性能。为解决沿海油库防腐蚀等难题提供一种新的思路和途径。
