硫酸法钛白粉中还原过程的影响因素及机理分析

         

摘要

探讨了硫酸法钛白粉还原过程的影响因素,重点从还原剂用量、温度、浓度和pH值4个方面研究了对还原过程的影响作用.研究表明,pH值对反应的影响最大,升高pH值不利于还原反应的进行;其次是还原剂的用量,当还原剂用量为0.20%时基本能达到要求;浓度和温度影响较小,通常情况下浓度越高,温度越低,越不利于还原反应的进行.经分析,主要是由于Fe3+的性质决定的.%The paper described the influence factors in the reduction process of sulfuric acid method for titanium dioxide production, including the amount of reducing agent, temperature, consistence and pH. The results indicated that pH had great impacts on the reduction reaction and the high pH might hinder reduction reaction. The amount of reducing agents might influence the reduction process. When the concentration was 0.20%, the results were good. Temperature and concentration had slight influences: the high concentration and low temperature may prohibit reduction reaction. It proved that it was determined by Fe3+.
