水性木器涂料在家具涂装中的应用实践

摘要

介绍了家具企业从溶剂型涂料施工转向水性涂料施工的必要性、紧迫性及可行性。从VOC排放对空气质量的影响、政府的加大环保力度方面阐述了溶剂型转水性的大趋势，再从“转水”后设备、环境、环保、工艺等方面如何进行调整进行了论述。%The feasibility, necessity and urgency of application of waterborne coatings instead of solventborne coatings are introduced. The inlfuences of VOC emission on air quality and related regulations are illustrated to explain the trend of waterborne coatings in furniture industry. The equipment, environment and process are analyzed to adjust to the waterborne system.
