磺酸/羧酸盐型水性聚氨酯的合成与性能研究

     

摘要

With the modiifed polyester (PE001) and polycarbonate diol (T5652) as soft chain segment, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as hard chain segment,α,ω-Polypropylenglycol-diamine-sulfopropylate, Na-salt (Poly-EPS) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender, 1,6-hexanediol (HDO) or hydrogenated bisphenol A (HBPA) as small molecular chain extender, a sulfonate/carboxylate waterborne polyurethane with high solid was prepared. The inlfuence of polyester type and different ratio with content of sulfonate and carboxylate on the performance of resin iflm was studied. In order to improve the stability and bring in structure of cyclohexyl, the hydrogenated bisphenol as small molecular chain extender has been introduced. FT-IR、TGA、TEM was used to characterize the latex particles. The results showed that with the low viscosity high solid and well dispersed waterborne polyurethane was synthesized. The resin showed good stability and excellent iflm comprehensive performance when the ratio PE001∶T5652 was 5∶1, the total content of hydrophilic extender was 4% (the content of DMPA was 2%).%以改性聚酯(PE001)、聚碳酸酯二醇(T5652)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,以α,ω-聚丙二醇二胺-磺丙基钠盐(Poly-EPS)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,以氢化双酚A(HBPA)或己二醇(HDO)为小分子二元醇制备了高固含量磺酸/羧酸盐型水性聚氨酯树脂。研究了聚酯种类的不同以及磺酸和羧酸含量比例不同时对树脂胶膜的性能影响,原料中小分子二元醇为氢化双酚A,引入环己烷结构,提高稳定性。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、透射电镜(TEM)对其结构进行表征。结果表明;所制备的水性聚氨酯树脂黏度小、固含量高,分散均匀;当混合聚酯(PE001∶T5652)比例为5∶1,总亲水扩链剂为4%(其中DMPA含量为2%左右)时,树脂稳定性良好,胶膜综合性能优异。
