第三代双组分水性环氧涂料的制备工艺研究

摘要

研究了水性环氧树脂乳化剂及乳液的合成，其制备的环氧涂料具备第三代水性环氧涂料的特征，制备出了达到我国原铁道部标准的铁路货车用水性铁棕底漆。%Waterborne epoxy emulsiifer and emulsion were synthesized. The prepared epoxy coatings had the characters of the third generation of epoxy paint. The prepared iron oxide brown primer reached the original standard of Railway Department of China and could be applied on rail wagon.
