活塞式天然气压缩机是山西煤层气勘探开发分公司煤层气增压外输的关键设备,煤层气与常规天然气在工况参数、开采特点、集输工艺等方面的差异,致使天然气压缩机在煤层气开发领域频繁出现非常见故障.将这些故障进行分析和归类,通过现场工艺改进、监控技术升级、建立故障档案、管理提升等措施给予解决.%Piston natural gas compressor is the key equipment of Shanxi CBM Exploration and Development Branch for CBM pressurized output, and the differences between CBM and conventional natural gas in terms of working parameters, mining features, gathering and transportation technologies result in the frequent appear of unusual failures of natural gas compressors in CBM development. The paper analyzes and classifies these faults and solves them through measures such as on-site process improvement, monitoring and control technology upgrading, establishment of fault files and management promotion.
